kernel32[3/5]: tests: make the actctx test pass when the application is run from a different directory

The current test code assumes that the EXE directory is the same as
the directory in which we create manifests with are created in the
current directory. This patch fixes it and also adds a tests showing
that the lpAppDirPath is set the the directory containing the
manifest, not the current directory.
It also makes computing the EXE path stop on both '\\' and '/' what
may fix some failures seen on test.winehq.org .
