WineD3D: p8 texture fix

In some 2D apps that use p8 for rendering, the p8 shader emulation didn't work properly. All apps work correctly if the texture is rebound after moving back to texture unit 0. Most likely the non-working games chose a different codepath in wine which didn't rebind the texture.
