Hi, i'm sending in 2 patches from Anastasius Focht for review, and hopefully for inclusion in git. Otherwise they might get "lost" and forgotten.

They're helpful for testing apps with native comdlg32.dll. So although they do not really fix any real life app (not that i know of at least), it would be nice if they could go in, as some applications (like media player classic) fail with builtin comdlg32, and run nice with native comdlg32 ( after applying this and next patch that is of course)

Note, indentation is adjusted to rest of the functions above
