user32: better fix how to handle GetWindowLongPtr[AW](..., GWLP_WNDPROC) for builtin winprocs [fixed]

It turns out GetClassLong[AW] returns pointers to both Unicode and
ANSI winprocs however SetWindowLongPtr reutrns a handle.
