user32:tests Fix test for switch maximized MDI children

This patch fix test for switch maximized MDI children that I posted some 
time ago. Now I have a Windows XP for testing and I have checked this 
fix in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. And it passes clear for this 
test. The problem consist that the given test was in not that section. 
In test_mdi_messages() formed two section: with visible parent window 
and with invisible parent window. I think that moving my test is more 
correct than destroying and creating parent window ( Is this right?).

Changelog:
    Test for switch maximized MDI children from section with invisible 
parent window are moved to visible parent window.
    Corrected WmSwitchChild message sequence.
