[PATCH 06/10] wined3d: Remove ENTER_GL/LEAVE_GL in IWineD3DTextureImpl_PreLoad.

Patch 2 adds holding gl lock to surface_bind_and_dirtify, and after that
LoadLocation and its subroutines now are handling gl lock properly. So texture's
and cubetexture's PreLoad doesn't need ENTER_GL/LEAVE_GL anymore.
