[PATCH 1/8] explorer/mountmgr.sys: Move device hotplug code over to mount manager

The already famous ipod support patch series, it moves all code over
to the mount manager and then adds support for some ioctl's and fake
usb mass storage devices. No support for ipod touch or iphone since
they would probably need separate drivers.
