1/2 WineD3D: BltOverride palette fix

Use the render target its palette when performing a texture copy as the texture doesn't hold one. This fixes rendering issues in Red Alert and should  prevent a lot of 'this could should never get entered' lines printed by d3dfmt_p8_upload_palette.
