2/2 WineD3D: kill PBOs in case of converted surfaces

Hi,

At the moment a PBO is allocated we don't always know whether it will be used for a converted surface (enabling of a color key also results in conversion). The earliest point at which we can detect that we don't want a PBO is in LoadLocation, so kill it there. This prevents a lot of gl invalid operation lines and rendering errors.
