quartz: Add a Disconnect function to the parser and use it to clean up allocated memory in avisplitter

I want to move to a model where I hold the indexes in memory but it
seems there is no way to do that without leaking at the moment. The
way it's handled now is by leaking memory. But the amount allocated
might be up to a few megabytes, so I'm adding a Disconnect function
for it.

I'll try to plug a bunch of memory after this. :-)
