Changelog:
* remove (now useless) indication for bCRLF, now that ME_GetTextW() 
knows how to honor CR and LF counters.
* EM_GETTEXTRANGE and EM_GETSELTEXT are affected by this, so include 
tests to ensure no behavior was broken.
