Fixes crash #3 with Perfect! TextEdit. (bug #709)

Changelog:
* WM_SETTEXT - Clear modify step flag before any notifications can be 
sent. Otherwise the app-defined WM_NOTIFY callback might see the modify 
flag set, even though WM_SETTEXT is supposed to clear it.
