shdocvw: rudimentary implementation of CLSID_InternetShortcut (try 4)

Changelog:
* Added a rudimentary implementation of CLSID_InternetShorcut, with
tests (#3546).

This try fixes all previous problems, and uses CoTaskMem* function for
memory management since the MSDN says memory we allocate must be freed
that way by the caller.
