[WineHQ] [2/4] news: Link to the 1.1.2 announcement.

It would be nice to have the Wine release announcements point to the 
announce page. That page contains the same short summary as the news 
item, and also contains the long item.

It would certainly bring a better experience to RSS users. To have an 
effect it will need my previous patch to actually be correct. But even 
if my previous patch is not applied it should not break anything so if 
the concept of the <link> tag sounds good, this patch could be applied 
anyway.
