[kernel32/tests] Show the setting of the debugger registry value

Hi,

I'd like to see the contents of this value as it could explain why some tests on 
test.winehq.org show 'timeout' and some show 'crashed'.

If we find systems that have something weird in here (aka stuff from our own 
tests) we should either ask these people (if we can find them) to change that 
value or change it to a default ourselves (as long as it's drwtsn32 it's at 
least better then our own debugger info).
