[TRY 2] user32: Add test and fix for the error with edit control whose parent is desktop.

Add test and fix for the error with a edit control. Now if the parent is 
desktop no any messages send to It.

Changelog:
  - user32/edit.c: add checking parent to desktop in EDIT_NotifyCtlColor()
  - user32/tests/edit.c: add test for checking edit control with destop parent
