winex11.drv/dib: Fix GetDIBits with monochrome pixmaps

My patch in commit 8da833494ddfd48d6be1c7f8a7e38e81a8daaab9 tried to
detect GetDIBits from monochrome pixmaps by looking at the DC depth
instead of the pixmap depth.
