Vertex Shader Modes > 4 error fix

This is  a patch to correct a vertex shader error that is caused by
an error in dlls/wined3d/drawprim.c

In the function drawStridedSlow

currently it only handles 4 modes with this fix it handles the 16 
defined nodes in the win API..
