comdlg32: make print dialog behave more like XP

Hi,

Changes:
 - If FromPages/ToPages contains max. WORD value, leave the field empty
 - If ToPages field is left empty, don't give a warning but use same
value as FromPages

I wrote a test program and this is how XP works.

This fixes bug 3888.
