crypt32(2/2): Don't check for the TLV after indefinite-length sequence items, the item's decoder has already done so (take 2)

I realized that the last version I sent had a merge conflict due to an
unsent debugging patch.

Ideally I'd have a test case to go along with this, but it's hard to
do since Wine doesn't generate indefinite-length-encoded values, and
the bug reporter requests that the example showing the problem not be
shared publicly.  (See bug 16420,
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16420 ).

So I'll appeal to the fact that this doesn't cause any of the existing
tests to fail in sending this in again.
