winecfg: Add dll override on return key press in combobox [resend]

Hi,

This fixes bug 12804. Change from 1st send: Use GetComboBoxInfo to
find edit of the combobox (instead of FindWindowEx).

pressing return in the combobox at 'libraries' tab
