[rpcrt4/tests] Change test for Windows 2003

Hi,

Windows 2003 returns STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL when given an unknown status. The check 
whether we are on Windows 2003 could be better but suits our needs for now.
I will do some further testing on Vista to see if it behaves that same way but 
there are more problems on Vista with this test.

This patch limits the output for Windows 2003 test runs enough to not run in to 
'file limits' again and thus presenting us with the full test results on 
test.winehq.org/data.
