[netapi32/tests] Adding a user with a too long name succeeds on NT4

Hi,

NT4 doesn't have a problem with adding a user with a too long username. Old
tests run on NT4 could have created this user so this patch makes sure that
existing ones will be deleted as well.

(Btw. deleting this user via 'User Manager for Domains' is not possible. You
first have to rename it).
