DDraw: add yv12 detection support

Hi,

VLC's directx video renderer tries to use YV12 but ddraw doesn't recognize it. This patch will add the identification but the format won't work yet because we lack overlay support. When YV12 isn't around it tries to use another YUV format and those fail too.
