rpcrt4: Remove some unimplemented win9x-only spec entries.

We're never going to implement the undocumented ones and we're moving 
more and more towards the architecture of the more recent versions of 
native rpcrt4.

There's also no point in supporting the win9x-only entries for purposes 
of mixing dlls, since our rpcrt4 doesn't work with win9x native ole32 
because our rpcrt4 doesn't support the mswmsg protseq, just as the NT 
native rpcrt4s don't.
