comctl32: statusbar[3/5]: change the height expression to one that seems to be the same as in Windows

  I've checked it with several font and it seems to be the correct. If 
GetTextMetrics returned the same tmInternalLeading as on Windows, the 
tests would have passed. The 2 is probably 2*SysMetric(SM_CYEDGE) for 
the pane edge but AFAIK one can't change the system metrics, so I 
couldn't check it.
