shdocvw: rudimentary implementation of CLSID_InternetShortcut (try 2)

* Added a rudimentary implementation of CLSID_InternetShorcut (#3546).

Try 2 doesn't have an explicit IUnknown vtbl and uses inline functions
instead of macros to convert interface pointers to the implementation
pointer.
