[3/3] ddraw/tests: Mark deviating refrast behaviour "broken". (try 2)

Games might expect the behaviour shown by the DirectDraw HAL,
which mismatches the behaviour of the reference rasterizer.

In contrast to the previous try of the patch, this one disables
detection of refrast by marking is broken, instead of marking each case
where refrast has a special case broken.
