[2/3] ddraw/tests: Tolerate refrast behaviour on 16bpp (supercedes "[2/3] ddraw/tests: Add another refrast exception")

This patch adds another refrast oddity, seen on 16bpp on a
(virtual, but that shouldn't matter here) Cirrus Logic 5446 board.

In contrast to the superceded patch, the usual behaviour is no more
flagged as failure, even if refrast is used. This might be needed as
this failure mode is not in the test data, and I suspect that some
refrast/32bpp might be in it, see
http://test.winehq.org/data/0b6acfbce7b0bf2aedb5176bfa959edc3f0d74f6/2000_mp-W2Ksp6/ddraw:dsurface.txt
for a report that has the refrast failures removed by "ddraw: Delete the
temporarily attached surface", but does not contain the failure this
patch is supposed to fix.
