[PATCH] GetUrlCacheEntryInfo*: Handle null dest pointer when length is given

Hi,

If a null buffer is passed into the GetUrlCacheEntryInfo* or RetrieveUrlCacheEntryFileA/W function when a size is given, it returns the required size even though it also returns an error. MSN Messenger 7.0 relies on this undocumented behaviour. Fixes http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12447.
