Replace SUBLANG_ENGLISH_US with SUBLANG_DEFAULT.

They both have the same value but we use SUBLANG_DEFAULT everywhere 
except in the following resources. So it would be better to use 
SUBLANG_DEFAULT consistently everywhere.
