[rpcrt4/tests] Fix test failures for win9x, NT4, W2K and XP-SP1 (Try 2)

Hi,

(Second try with less version checking)

Windows 9x doesn't know any of the statuses and returns the given status for
all of those.

NT4 misses 12, W2K and XP-SP1 miss 6 and will return the given status for the
missing ones.

I've added the broken() to make sure that on Wine we always check for the expected.
