[advapi32/tests] Fix a test on NT4

Hi,

NT4 is different from the other Windows versions with respect to the Spooler
service, as on NT4 there is no displayname for this service. This means that
GetServiceDisplayName returns the servicename and this is not what this test was
about/for.

In the case of NT4 we use a different service for this test.
