[AppDB] Rename 'Vendors' menu link to 'Browse by Developer'

I agree that the use of 'vendor' should be replaced throughout the database, 
and that changing it in only some places of the code would be confusing.
However, the sidebar is a special case and making it easy to use should be a 
high priority.

Also move the link under 'Browse Apps' and don't display the number of 
entries.
