oleaut32: Handle TKIND_ALIAS properly when passed as pointer, try 2

Fixes obscure com bug preventing itunes from working. derefhere is set
to TRUE on initialization so if I remove that unnecessary line I can
just fall through. Thanks to AJ for spotting this.
