Updated Slovak translation for WinHelp

Hi,
I write a new Slovak translation for WINHELP.
I add all missing strings from English version.
My real name is Mário Kačmár
or Mario Kacmar (without diacritical marks)
aka Kario :-)
Please add this to WINE ...
