d3d9/tests: Fix compilation on systems that don't support nameless unions.

We could also use a straight identifier.DriverVersion.u.HighPart since 
LARGE_INTEGERs always have at least the named structure. However by 
using U() we ensure that our definition of LARGE_INTEGER also has the 
nameless version.
