mlang: Fix all test failures for NT+ platforms

Hi,

msdn specifies that the MIME database is not the same as the one used
by kernel32 and that neither files nor the registry is used.  The
database is compiled into mlang itself.  For that reason, I changed
the tests to use mlang APIs to verify the data returned.
