winex11.drv: Support detection of tablet devices from XExtensionKeyboard type

It seems certain tablets have buttons on them that register as x11
keys which causes the device to be recognized as an
XExtensionKeyboard.  This was reported in
http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=1045 and confirmed that this
could occur by whot from #xorg-devel.
