[ddraw/tests] Don't crash on win9x

Hi,

ddraw (4.x) on win9x didn't change the surface to NULL which made the
IDirectDrawSurface_Release('deadbeef') crash.

Ths patch just fixes the crash and doesn't deal with the other errors for this test.
