oleaut32: Disable olefont tests that fail on all platforms

Hi,

I've talked to Walt Ogburn, and he doesn't know of a solution to fix
the failing tests.  I thought about removing the tests entirely, but
there's already precedent in the tree for keeping failing tests as
disabled.  As it stands, we're conforming to a behavior that matches
no windows platform.

Changelog:
