[PATCH] shlwapi/tests/path.c: Prevent crash with older versions

Hi,

Earlier versions (e.g XP sp1) don't test the length correctly in PathCanonicalizeA, so give them enough buffer to write to. Also test the returned string, not the source string (which isn't changed).
