Revert "winealsa: Use "default" as the default card name instead of "default:0"."

This fixes bug #12228. Devices are now seen as dmix:0, dmix:1, etc.
instead of just dmix:0. Verified with an external USB headset.

This reverts commit 0fe3a59b46a44b6d2d54a1afe1c4198c53d6c68c.
