[1/2] advapi32/tests: test_enum_provider_types test cleanup (try4)

Hi,

Previous patches are at [1] and [2] for reference.



Try 4: Nothing changed for this patch

This is now a series of two patches. First patch try to cleanup the
test_enum_provider_types test a little bit by :
	* Avoiding memory leaks
	* Closing opened registry keys
	* Avoiding allocating/freeing memory for nothing
	* Outputting expected values on failing tests
	* Trying to follow global file coding style

I hope it's not too much for a single patch even if it doesn't add
things or change code logic.

Second patch adds enumerating through provider type keys to find out one
that fit our needs.
