[ddraw/tests 2/2] Skip tests when DirectDraw4 is not supported

Hi,

Several of the single tests crash on Win95 and NT4 because not all checks are in
place for DD4 and DD7. We could add all these checks but I opted for skipping.

Tests that crash on NT4 because checking is not in place:

GetDDInterface_1();
GetDDInterface_2();
GetDDInterface_4();
GetDDInterface_7()
AttachmentTest7();
CompressedTest()
PrivateDataTest(); ('fixed' by patch 1/2)
StructSizeTest();
