[comctl32/tests] Don't crash on some win9x boxes

Hi,

On most (not all according to test.winehq.org) win9x boxes this test 
crashes. The focus is set to the child due to the HDM_EDITFILTER but 
these versions don't sent a WM_KILLFOCUS on a DestroyWindow().
