winex11.drv: Prevent XCreateIC from returning NULL when input style isn't "root". (try 4)

In this patch, a font set is added to x11drv_thread_data, which
contains a display and an input method (xim). A font set is created in
the function where XOpenIM() is called, and is freed in the function
where XCloseIM() is called.
