[kernel32/tests 1/2] Fix a few failures on win9x and winme (Resend)

Hi,

(Resend at it's now a series of 2 that fixes all failures on win9x/winme).

As everything starting from NT4 uses uppercase I opted for the
win9x/winme case being marked as broken().
