Fix kernel_main.c to generate console Window

This patch repair problem with running, ex. wine cmd. In normal
situation(we don't have open terminal Window) it should generates one.
Wine behaviour in such case are not similar at now. Wine still don't
open terminal if they don't needed(we are running wine app inside
terminal Window or parent process have terminal access). Tool such: DevC
++ and other IDE, which can be using to generating console app, will run
it.
