[PATCH] mountmgr: Differentiate between removable floppies and disks.

Hi,

DRIVE_REMOVABLE represents both removable disks and floppies.
Currently we handle them as floppies, thus we can only have up to 2,
since the only available drive letters are A and B. We need to
differentiate removable disks, and let them take other drive letters
like they do on Windows.
